Applejack Services Agreement.

Clients will be required to sign a Services Agreement before any chargeable services are performed. This agreement is negotiated depending upon the amount or work involved. It contains the following information;

• Types of services offered by Applejack.
• Billing terms - Billing is done weekly to give full visibility to the client. Payment terms are 7 days standard.
• Hourly Rates - Applejack offer different Rates for Consulting, Project Management and Travel. Rates are fixed for 6 months which would cover most implementations. Our rates reflect our low cost structure.
• Travel Expenses - May not be applicable in Metropolitan areas. Accommodation, meals etc. are normally on-charged to the client. Travel costs on a per kilometer basis are charged at standard ATO rates.
• Confidentiality. Applejack protects the confidentiality of their clients data and will not use it inappropriately nor disclose it to a third party.

If Services Agreements have been received by the client but not returned signed, the terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted by the client unless a written objection is received within 3 days by Applejack.

Statement of Work.

Applejack do not perform any services without consent of the client. Services required are detailed in a 'Statement of Work' which become a measurable deliverable to the client.
